As usual, school finishes at 11a.m. for all children on 6 July 2018, the last day of school before the summer break. Childminding is offering an early childcare directly after the end of the school day. Only parents whose children are duly registered in Childminding can make use of this service. This day will be charged separately by EuroKids and costs an additional 15 Euros, including lunch.
In order to plan the lunch in the school canteen accordingly, please register your children in advance at the following email address: childminding@global-education.de. In this message indicate allergies or other specific dietary requirements. The deadline for applications is 22 June. Please note that we cannot offer Childminding for children who have not been specifically registered for this day. Childminding closes at 18.15h.
Also on 6 July the first school buses will leave at 11:10h rather than 13:10h.

Tennis Camps and Extra Curricular Activities (afterschool activities)

Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce that EuroKids will be cooperating with the Alex Stoica Tennis Academy for the 2018-2019 school year. In addition to Tennis Activities after school, they will be providing Tennis Camps for children aged 5-12 in the weeks where EuroKids is closed for essential building works during the Summer Holidays (30. July – 03. August & 06. – 10. August.) More information and applications can be found here.
We are looking forward to opening registrations and releasing further information on our new extra curricular programme in early June 2018, with all new activities are scheduled to start from the 2nd week back to school after the Summer Break.

Summerfest 2018 Food Stands

Summerfest 2018 is excited to host food stands from Germany, Ireland, Finland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, and Spain. They need your help! Please email events@esfparents.org to be put in touch with the respective organisers.
France, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Romania, Austria, Slovenia, England, Slovakia, and Portugal have hosted stands in the past and need organisers for 2018. Do you come from another country and would you like to share with us your country’s cuisine? Please let us know.
The Summerfest team for 2018 is being led by the following parent volunteers: Catherine Brodie, Linda Boros, Emese Farkas, Krisztian Piller, Wendy Robertet, and Enrica Tirelli. We are supported by the staff of Eurokids, Childminding, School Staff and Teachers as well as the multiple hosts of the International Food Stands.
An event of this size can only be successful with support from you the parents. To volunteer please reach out to events@esfparents.org. We need you!!!

Dear Parents,
The presentation held on the 11 April 2018 at the ECB is now available here (150 MB Powerpoint file or 5 MB PDF). The topic of this last info session was “Guiding your child on a path to a unique and meaningful life”. Many thanks again to our expert, Dr. Patricia Napiorkowski Lubbe, for her inspiring and informative presentation and many thanks to the Secondary School Principal, Ms Chatzivassiliadou and the Secondary School English Section Coordinator, Ms Michelle Ehrler for their cooperation on the "Talks" project.
