One of our aims is to support and foster the community spirit in our school. Therefore, we are pleased to participate in and organise several events throughout the school year

For successful organisation of any event are volunteers and supporters the crucial and important part. In case you would like to support us, just send an email to: events@esfparents.org.

Welcome Coffee for new parents

At the beginning of the school year, all the parents with children joining the Primary school are invited to meet the Parents Association representatives, get to know each other and find out more about the supporting activities we can offer for them. Come and do not hesitate to ask!

Christmas in A Shoe Box

Our school community participates every year in the charitable event known as “Christmas in a Shoebox" (Weihnachtspäckchen für Kinder in Not). The goal of this campaign is to collect Christmas gifts for children in need, who otherwise wouldn’t get any presents at all. The parcels are than distributed to the beneficiaries by organization Kinderzukunft.

Every year is collected more than 600 gifts and we believe the number will grow.

Carnival for Primary school children

Students of P1 to P5 classes can celebrate the carnival in February. The costumed dancing party is taking place in the nicely decorated sports hall in the Modular building. There are break dancers, magician, selfie box and delicious food and drinks.

ESF Spring Fair in Primary school

The Spring Fair is organised every spring (usually in March) by the administration of the Primary school. The afternoon starts with a musical performance of the primary school students, followed by sale of hand-made creative objects crafted by the students on individual class stands.

The Parents’ Association is pleased to participate with a bake sale of delicious homemade items donated by the parents. Coffee, tea and other beverages cannot miss, indeed. All proceeds from the class stands as well as the parent bake sale are donated on behalf of the school to selected charitable project or organisation.

Summerfest

This peak event of the school year for all students and parents takes place every June and is organised by the Parents’ Association with support of the school administration and staff, EuroKids, external vendors and numerous parent and student volunteers and supporters.
