The Parents’ Association strives to foster a spirit of community in our school.

Halloween Party – Primary School
This event for the P1 to P5 is organized after the October break. Children are invited to enjoy a dance party in Halloween costumes with special treats, games and activities. Tickets are sold on a first-come first-serve basis and this event typically sells out! The 2019 date will be announced as soon as possible. For photos of past events please click here.
Christmas in A Shoe Box Campaign - Primary & Secondary
The ESF school community is proud to participate in this annual charitable event known as “Christmas in a Shoe Box”. The event is coordinated by members of the PA board and parent volunteers. Collection of gift-wrapped boxes takes place in November and December. The organisation Kinderzukunft collects the parcels to be distributed to the beneficiaries. 2017’s event collected over 750 packages from the ESF and the ISB Bad Homburg school. The 2018 campaign will begin on November 30th and run through December 6th. Volunteers to assist with package logistics are requested for December 7th. Winter Party - Primary
New for 2019! Join us on February 15th, 2019 from 17:30 to 19:30 for an exclusive dance party for students P1-P5. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis. Entry price 5 euros. Information on ticket purchase coming soon. The event will take place in the modular buildings canteen and sports hall.
ESF Spring Fair – Primary School
The Spring Fair is hosted annually by the administration of the primary school. The afternoon starts with a concert hosted by the various language sections and the choir. Class stands with hand-made creative projects for sale are the highlight of this special day ringing in the start of spring. The Parents’ Association is pleased to participate in this annual event with a bake sale of delicious homemade items donated by the parents. Coffee, tea and other beverages are also available for sale. All proceeds from the class stands as well as the parent bake sale are donated on behalf of the school. This is an opportunity to support your local school community as well as to make a charitable impact. The 2018 spring fair will be held on April 25 from 13:15 to 15:15. We need your support in helping furnish and staff our table!
This highly anticipated event takes place every June and is hosted by the Parents’ Association with the gracious support of the school administration and staff, Eurokids staff, outside vendors, country and class stands, and numerous parent and student volunteers and supporters. Highlights of this day long event include concerts and dance performances in the Aula, 18+ food stands represented by various countries in and outside the European Union showcasing traditional dishes and specialties, outdoor live music, a primary school football tournament, outdoor games and inflatables, the secondary basketball tournament and much more...

At all PA hosted events waste reduction is a priority. Accordingly we encourage the school community to work together with us to minimize plastic and non-recyclable waste. Suggestions include
- Serving items that do not require cutlery or disposables
- Children & parents are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles or other containers
- Be part of the green team by sorting waste products into recyclable bins when possible.
